Through that last 2 years of visiting this Tim Hortons location it’s remained my favorite location for its consistent and friendly service, having minimal to almost no service issues. Honorable mentions to Suzy who’s hard working and has greeted me nearly every morning your efforts and attitudes are more appreciated.
I've had 2 negative interactions with the manager at this location so far, I've had several more with the staff, go figures bad management would lead to worse service. Time to find a new manager!!! The manager here told me I should clean my own table as well as the floor underneath the the table just to give you a glimpse into the utter unprofessionalism at play here, this lady needed to be fired like yesterday. Most of the employees here are insufferable except for Suzy in the morning who is awesome and a treat to be around, ALL employees at this location should undergo customer service training underneath her or better yet just make her the manager. The Federal government is bringing in over a million immigrants a year, there is no excuse for the incredibly poor attitudes of the vast majority of the staff here, replace most of them. I will fix my review once these things have been actioned upon. Updated for visibility!! --Aug 31-- I made an official complaint with Tim Hortons about my experience on July 22nd, it's now been over a month, still waiting on some sort of reply from either the manager, district manager or owner of this location, have not received any, what an absolute joke, this franchisee clearly does not respect their customers, I'd ask if you read this, spend your money elsewhere, you'll eventually have an issue with the service as well and you'll also be left without resolution, I've had other negative experiences at other Tim Hortons in the past and had them resolved within 24 Hours by management, this is so ridiculous it's just wild.
