Waited at the counter for several minutes while staff stared and ignored us.... blank looks. Eventually someone came to take orders once the line up was several people deep. Staff was courteous otherwise. Coffee was good

Bagel was stale. And I mean stale. Gave it back to throw out. Said they would make another. Didn’t want to be disappointed twice. Said no. Coffee was warm at best. Left it on the counter and went to McDonalds as it was 4:30 in the morning.
