If this was Cleveland ave store, the staff was not professional, 1- they were very low on product, There was not a good choice, 2- the women kept calling me honey or baby, in which I did not like, 3- I was have coffee in the car, next to me both of the women were taking a smoke break.

If I could give you negative I would. My coworker got charged $1.50 EXTRA for extra cream cheese and this is all she got this isn't even enough for half a bagel !!

The two employees working that day were very busy but efficient and friendly

They gave me a rock hard hash brown that felt like it was saved from a day ago and when I took it back the lady didn’t want to make it an over .

First off the mgr is a rude angry man and his staff is no better I ordered a sausage egg cheese croissant first one was sausage only. mgr acted as though it was my mistake! So he gave me a diff sandwich this had only egg on it lol so I take it back he was outraged that it was wrong with me of all things so just letting you know that getting at sausage egg and cheese croissant is difficult for them to make order water you may or may not get the cup.

One of the most vile and disgustingly rude employees I’ve ever witnessed. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION YOU'LL HAVE THE WORST SERVICE. THEY ALL HAVE ATTITUDES AND ARE UNSERIOUS.

I just placed an order with this TH, and they literally ignored half of the order receipt. Both the bacon, egg, & cheese and the sausage, egg, & cheese bagels were prepared with only cream cheese, when the cream cheese was an add-on, not a complete substitution. Haven't had a chance to try the drinks, but it's safe to assume that those are wrong too. Absolutely ridiculous. If all I wanted on a bagel for breakfast was cream cheese, I wouldn't have bothered with trying to order it. Never had an issue with TH before, but this location clearly doesn't know what the heck it's doing.
