Worst Tim Horton’s I’ve ever been to. Every single time I order a latte there is not froth on top. Plus, today they wouldn’t honor my coupon for any size hot or iced coffee because they don’t consider a latte coffee. So are you telling me they don’t make a latte with coffee grounds? The coupon does not say it excludes other hot coffee beverages. I’m confident I’m right on this one.

We ordered the chocolate glazed donut and they put the wrong donut in the bag. They just threw this donut inside of the main bag. And the icing on top rubbed off into the bag. GrubHub was on top of it though. Got my order in about 15 minutes.

They don’t know how to make the drinks on the menu. I went back twice for a brown butter caramel latte and they handed me a cup of milk both times. It literally tastes like milk and nothing else.

When I asked her to change the Oreo ice Capp to a regular Ice Capp , she refused the service.

Love it. The cashier told us the special promotion while we about to placed an order! Thank you for that!

Zero star before anything. The Spanish chubby guy with a goatee at the drive through window very disrespectful and aggressive. Just be careful ever one. Will never go there again. Sham on u Tim hortons
