I live around this tims but the problem with this location is worse it have a dirt lobby dining tables and chairs they always dirty no one cleans them and pick the garbage in the table so please try your best to clean them out otherwise I will never come back again

Half hour wait in drive thru and just 2 cars ahead of me Very slow service and they have nothing except drinks

The staff here watched a man easily twice my size cut in line in front of me as I got to the till. He then insulted, threatened to attack me, and even raised his fist to hit me. The staff, after witnessing this criminal act, politely served him as if nothing had happened even though they had just witnessed this man assault me in their store. I then asked to speak to the manager. After explaining the situation to her, she chose to ignore the assault and continued to serve my assailant, opening every staff member present to the possibility of being charged with being an accessory to a crime. This was a criminal act against me with Tim Hortons as an accessory to the crime, as the staff are representatives of Tim Hortons and Tim Hortons, as a corporate entity, is viewed as a person in the eyes of the law.

I have been to this location multiple times and they don't cut bagels. My coffee was good.

I wish I have option to give 0 star. I come here everyday at same time but never had a problem but today Worse customer service ever. I don't know the guy name who served me but he is white chubby guy. I ordered medium black coffee in a large cup so it won't spill. When I saw my large cup is little more than half I told the guy who served me that IT'S NOT MEDIUM BUT HE WAS NOT LISTENING AND WHEN I ASKED HIM TO PUT IT IN A MEDIUM CUP, IT WASN'T FULL CUP. I TOLD HIM VERY NICELY THAT SEE ITS NOT FULL BUT HE STARTED ARGUING WITH ME, SAYING THEY DON'T FILL UP THE CUP. WHEN I ASKED HIM SINCE WHEN, HE SAID ALWAYS. TOLD ME THAT U WANT TO PAY FOR MEDIUM AND GET WANT A LARGE CUP. SO STUPID. I WAS ASKING FOR WHAT I PAID FOR A MEDIUM COFFE NOT TO FILL UP A LARGE CUP BUT HE DIDN'T LISTEN THE COFFEE WAS NOT FRESH OR SOMETHING WRONG WITH A MACHINE CAUSE I HAD SO MANY COFFEE GRINDS. THAT'S THE CUSTOMER SERVICE THIS GUY IS GIVING. I THOUGHT TIM HORTONS KNOWN FOR THERE FRESH COFFEE AND SERVICE. WHAT A JOKE!
