To be honest - don't know why this place rated that low. New manager babying the shop and always there on duty. Since he is there this location is the best in the area IMHO

The manager is quite unprofessional, he directly came out from the back, pull customers phone and use them to make good comments/feedback on the store. Food and other staffs are great, but the managers behaviour is unacceptable.

Very Bad

Around 9:50 am on March 1, we went on a drive thru to get an order. Afterwards, we received a wrong order and we tend to get back just to have a right order. After we complain about this, the supervisor was very RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL just to assist us to get the right order. They are BAD for treating us (customers) just to get an ideal service from them.

The store has very RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL crews, even the SUPERVISOR as well. We didn’t get the right order on what we had purchased. They are NOT very accommodating to customers
