10 people working behind the counter, took 5 minutes of waiting for some to finally come take my order, and I had to ask one of the employees that was just standing around. Terrible service at this location.

Used to be a 3 but now it's a 1. I bought a roast beef cravable sandwhich and got one piece of roast beef. The picture on the menu shows at least three. The attendant said it's because they fold the roast beef so it looks like more in the picture... However, there's no way that one piece of roast beef could be folded so many times that it looks like three and still fill the bun. Very disappointed in the false advertising.

My go-to Tim's. They are often out of stock - especially in the evening, but they are pretty quick in the mornings and I swear they make my coffee perfect everytime. Their speakers must not work that well as I find I am often having to repeat myself but the girls I usually see are always friendly, smiling and prompt.

They make worst coffee and breakfast sandwiches. I usually get double double, triple triple, and breakfast . we been going here in this location for a long time . All of their taste has worsened now and the staff were very rude and cannot understand what they’re saying when you order. We have stopped going to this place as it is totally waste of money now.

crowdy and not always clean

Excruciating slow drive thru two evenings in a row, making my family late after a 15 min. wait for three coffees and a muffin. Only a few cars ahead of us, too?

Absolutely horrible service in this restaurant, took them 20mins to serve 4 of us, homeless people in the bathrooms doing drugs brought up to staff they Saif they had notified cps and they couldn't do anything else.
