One staff doesn't even know what's regular coffee, and told me they don't have extra-large size. I let him scan the QR code for the reward and didn't get. Very bad experience.

I picked up mobile order. While food was ready on a counter I was waiting for a coffee about 10 minutes. As the result the food is cold. And why asked for a bag I told they charge for bag. I order Tim Hortons for a years and this is worst one so far.
