Ordered Chicken habanero bowl- lettuce looks sad. Gotta keep up with food quality check.

Terrible. Burnt bagels. Barely any cream cheese even though I paid extra.

Very prompt service. Cashier Shobhit was very enthusiastic and attentive in serving customers. He was quick to address a miscommunication, after clarifying with his co-workers. All's good. Dining area could be improved with brighter and warmer lights, though.

We ordered chicken lime bowls, they told us it would come in 6 minutes. It took over 25 minutes and they messed up our order... So it took another 15 mins for them to finally make the proper bowls. They finally fixed the order...but we are extremely dissatisfied.

Terrible, my baby needed her milk I asked one of the workers for hot water to mix with my cold water luke warm for my baby’s milk, she wanted to me to pay 21 cents I had no lose change on me, then she wanted me to pay with debit or credit card lol I told her I’m pretty sure it’s gonna cost more than 21 cents for transfer fees so there’s no point please let me have some water for my baby’s milk. She told me no sorry it’s “the policy” she out right refused to gave me water. I have been to many Tim’s and restaurants none of them have never refused to gave me water especially when it’s for my baby’s milk. So whoever owns or manages this place needs more training for their workers this is not how you treat people or your customers, TERRIBLE I will never go there again for anything.

"Navneet," a girl, is employed at Tim Horton's Metrotown. She is really impolite, acting as though, even though I understand how busy you guys are, that doesn't mean you should treat your customers badly. We come here for the coffee to help us relax, but staff members like her treat the patrons with extreme contempt and hurt feelings. I don't want to recommend that anyone go to this business to buy anything because doing so would make them feel depressed. This is extremely unexpected and disrespectful attitude.
