This is my Tim’s right off the 407 and on my way to work. They are usually pretty good - fast, friendly. However, there are times that they can miss the mark. Yesterday I was late for work (~ 8:30am) but needed 2 gift cards to say thank you to some colleagues. It was a long wait in the drive thru so by the time I got to the window, I was really getting late for work. When I was handed the gift cards, the fist one had a sleeve with coffee stains all over it. I let the girl know and she seemed upset. I took the sleeve off and noticed they gave me an old scratched up gift card. I asked her to change it and she said she couldn’t. Then the second card came and it was a “Happy Birthday” card. I told them I just wanted a regular card, not happy birthday. She responded saying that I never told them that. I asked them to change it and they said they could not. They brought the manager who told me it would take long and I would have to either come in or come back later. I am not usually a confrontational type, but it was a simple order… 2 Tims cards and please change this used card and the Happy birthday card. I told them I was late for work and did not have time to come in. She responded that whether I was in the drive thru or inside it would take the same amount of time. True, but there is also finding a parking spot, going in, waiting for them, etc. I started to think about it more and figured they would hustle if I was holding up their drive thru line. (My apologies to those behind me, but I needed them to fix the problem fast). They started to really hustle and got me a Thank You card instead. I was out in about 3 minutes. When I got to work, I saw the thank you card, but the used damaged card was still the same. I was so upset. In the end I went to another Tim’s to get a new card and will use the old scratched one for me. Not impressed!!! They can do better. And if they make a mistake, they should own up to it and solve it instead of being rude and arrogant to their customers or putting them at an inconvenience.
Hi i went to order at this tim today morning. I told that girl full order and then during pickup she gave half of the items and for the other half she say i didn't charge you for that. It’s second time it happened . Then i had to order again and clearly she wanted us to leave and she delivered our order harshly. She is rude and fumble orders and say i didn't charge you for the order. I don't know if she doing it on purpose.
I recently visited Tim Hortons in Brampton and had an encounter with an employee during night shift. Unfortunately, I found her to be quite rude and lacking in customer service skills. It was disappointing to have such an unpleasant experience. I hope the management takes this feedback into consideration and addresses the issue."
