Tim Hortons

I visit today and the girls don’t know how to talk with customers not even know that they are working at customer service

Tim Hortons really needs to get better staff for drive thrus in general. But this location especially is very bad. The drive thru attendants are very pushy, rude, practically throw the food at you and don’t give you time to put your drinks in your cup holder. As they give the food they say “Next order please, hurry up” even through there was no one behind me. I told the attendant to not rush me. She got very rude and said we have a lot of order and customers. Again, there was no one behind me at the drive-thru. This rushing and shoving food in your face is also apparent in several other locations with Indian servers (not being racist) just making an observation. Staffing needs to be reevaluated. Also, no friendly greetings or smiles. Not sure how things are being run at time Hortons, but they all seem depressed.

Honestly, this Tim Hortons is always laughable for the last few years… I was asking for a bacon farmers wrap. BACON. FARMERS. WRAP. “Okay sir” - gives me a ranch chicken wrap. don’t assume you’ll ever get your actual order ever here

Haven't been Tim Horton's in a while, decided to go recently, and most likely will never come back to any Tim Horton's. The service here was absolute garbage, the food wouldn't even serve to an animal, the drinks are absolutely tasteless, and it's no wonder the entire Tim Horton's franchise is equivalent to a disgusting cesspool. Why people waste their time and money at Tim's, I will absolutely never understand. It would be nice if the workers wouldn't constantly cut off people when they are ordering, but it's not their fault--Tim Horton's has zero training or any care at all about their employees. This location, along with many other locations, are just absolute trash. If for someone reason you decide to go Tim's, never go this location.
