Beyond the slowest Tim's Waited more than 20 mins for a sandwich in the morning rush. Need more staff that can help facilitate a smoother rush hr time.
Ordered thru the app. There's no overhead monitors showing the status of orders. No one calls out orders when ready. Whatever. So, my breakfast sandwich was cold but at least my coffee wasn't scorching hot. The homeless-looking guy camped out in the lounge chair, suffering from sleep apnea (aka snoring loudly), was the morning entertainment.
What a incensed !!! They advertised for to skip the line use our app, and mobile order pickup sigh here is no one from last 10 mins . Even whose in line they got there order faster then me . Shameful.
The service is very bad in this tim. Staff is very rude. They don’t care about customer. I will never come here again. Please teach your employees how to deal with customer.
I love Tim Horton's coffee and food products. Vegetarian options: Potato wedges
EDIT: Don’t place mobile orders here. You are treated as a third class citizen. Unfortunately had multiple issues in my recent couple of visits which need to be addressed more carefully. Mobile orders: After they used to place them on an outside pickup counter, they begun placing them on an inside staff-only counter. I wasn't aware of this change and kept waiting 15+ minutes for my order. There is no easy way to bring the staff attention to it. Missing items: More than once the app shows me an item available at this location, to find out after placing the order it's not available. What's the point of using the app then? Wrong order: Received completely different order of lesser value, and didn't find out until I was home.
Not a good experience. People who act homeless, drug addicts, and substance abusers pass out and leave their things inside (garbage and drug paraphernalia) including the washrooms, and outside by the entrances of the restaurant.
