I made order at drive thru. They messed up my order(Medium steeped tea and wedges). They took such a long time for every car that people started honking. Then they gave me some other order( large stepped tea) and no wedges. The lady said she didn’t charge me for wedges. But what is the point of ordering first if we can’t get our order right. It was such a mess and i was so mad I didn’t even want to say something and I left.
Being in customer service myself, this tims location needs to learn how to deal with customers. The supervisor Eklema needs to learn how to speak with courtesy she could have handled the situation in a calmer way. I placed an order and used the coupon and they didn't scan the coupon and charged me extra. When I saw the extra charges, the supervisor did not listen and refused to give me my money back. Its not even about the money it's about customer service.
Service very bad when there is female student working there, either they have language problem or they don’t know what they are suppose to do. They always mess up my order. Including female student manager.
Staff are unable to follow instructions when the manager isn't present. It is like night and day between quality of food once the manager isn't around. Toasted bagels come untoasted, drinks aren't made to par. It honestly feels like the staff just doesn't care about quality.
