A supervisor named Robin is dismissive, unprofessional, and lacks efficient customer service. I asked for my beverage to have the items "on the side" as I do at any other Tim Hortons location. Robin responded "we cannot do this". I asked why for further understanding, because I have never had this issue before. She responded "I work at 2 locations and we don't". I ended up going to another Tim Hortons down the street and had no issue. Moving foward I will bring my business elsewhere, and Robin should seek further training and manners.
I made drive thru of small ice cap and ice coffee black I had tell Tim’s code jaguret whatever her name is… mistakenly gave me the wrong order and told me she’s unable to to take the code without the Receipt, at this point I’m already pissed and wasted my time and made me come inside waited in line as I got to the register she comes from The drive thru window to the register to check that I have done the survey… she clearly no nothing about customer service and can barely speak English.. these are the same worked that want to be entitled in their job but the same ones who takes food and drinks for free just because they work there…. Unbelievable
This is for the excellent service of Ms. Kamini and team. I faced a small issue with my order, which Ms. Kamini was more than kind to address and resolve herself. She was extremely sweet and gracious with her resolution.
Aklima was very organized and friendly! She and the rest of the crew made sure my order was prepared in time and dealed with angry customers in a positive and appropriate way. I will definitely be returning to this location.
Clean the damn washrooms. The men’s washroom is the most disgusting thing I’ve ever seen!
