We ordered extra base and extra sugar coffee…but they dont know how to make coffee…there wasnt any extra base and the primary base was not mixed properly…even they dont know anything about customer service…while ordering they dont know even how to take orders
I recently ordered a coffee and as usual it was not fully filled. I ordered an XL coffee and the staff at this particular location never pays attention whether cup is fully filled or not. In my knowledge there is a mark on the cup upto which the coffee should be filled but only at this particular location they never do it. Its like neither they listen to customers nor they take heed of the feedback. If we are entitled to pay for full XL cup of coffee then we should also be served full cup as per their policy upto the marking. My experience at all other locations is good, it's always this particular location.. won't suggest to anyone .. pay more and get served less seems the norm at this location
I just been to this place thru drive through and this girl took order for donut for my kid and when I went to the window no one was there then I waited and honked then she came by holding broom in her hand and says she forgot to get order ready and I was totally fine then she picked donut using her dirty broomed hand , minding she is using bare hand to pickup my donut. Good thing is that I noticed that then I asked her to give me another donut using gloves or sheet then she did same but her colleague who was also part of cleaning the restaurant started making weird face after knowing that I have refused to take that dirty donut. Then I politely asked her not to make face as it is for hygiene reason and she started bashing me. Pathetic restaurant and pathetic people. I have just come home and writing this
I had a horrible experience at this location this morning, i ordered a veggie wrap via drive through. I showed them my mobile app so they could scan it to add points I get from the purchase, they took the points, charged me for the wrap. To top everything off, the wrap was totally different than what I had ordered! I ended up tossing it in the garbage, so they charged me for the order, took my points and gave me the wrong wrap. Avoid this location if you can!
