Tim Hortons

We have been coming to this Tim Hortons since a few years because the staff were friendly and polite before. Today we went to have lunch. This was after this store was refurbished. I think the ownership and management changed because the staff are very mean , no hello or nothing. Just like in India. Anyways, the orders were totally wrong. They did not apologize and showed us attitude for their mistakes. The sandwiches did not have any cream cheese. The potato wedges were so old and dry that we had to throw them. Really horrible service and food now. Not Tim Hortons standard.

Tim Hortons is still fine. I gave it one star because the Timbits worth anything are all gone. Want a glazed, jelly-filled timbit? You're outta luck. They have birthday cake, glazed and plain. The shape of Timbits has also changed - now they're like marbles instead of donut holes. I was all ready for powdered and jelly and surprise with every timbit in an assorted box... Only to discover the only ones being sold are "filler" Timbits.

We called for hours of operation for long weekend and the lady who picked up had an irritating tone that we already called once tk ask about the hours. First of all it was our first time calling. Second if let’s say a customer is even asking the second time your job is to convey the information even if it takes 1000 times. So if you guys continue to hire such unprofessional ppl then feel free and continue to lose ur customers.

I went to drive thru at night time. I purchased 2 french vanilla. I had the survey code for discount on french vanilla. The guy 'VINEET' didn't accept it, saying that we are not accepting codes right now. I have worked at a tim, and they don't even have to enter the code. Ps: I gave a good review to this location in that review code.

10:29 am 16th march 2024. I bought small coffee & fruit explosion muffin. Muffin price tag showing 1.69$ but they charge me 2.49$. When I ask them they said we forget to remove the tag.
