I came to The Tilted Kilt in Orange specifically to watch the UCLA - San Diego State football game. The hostess was nice and seated me. 10 minutes went by before someone came to my table. The server I think her name was Emily took my drink order brought it to me and then I never saw her again. Finally, 10 minutes later another server , Michaela, took my food order and was much more attentive and even had the TV in front of me turned to the UCLA game. During the game, a server named Hayley, came up and asked which TV I was watching as she was going to have the channel changed on one of the 3 TVs in front of me for another customer and wanted to make sure she did not change my TV. Hayley needs to train your whole staff on courtesy and caring for your customers. In the 4th Quarter of the UCLA game, my TV was changed to the Oregon- Texas Tech game which had just ended. I found that to be extremely rude on your management part. At least have the frigging courtesy to ask the customers in front of any TV if anyone is watching it, before changing the channel. I was so pissed off that I was not able to watch the rest of the game that I left. Please work on your staff to be more attentive to their customers and train your managers on courtesy before changing channels!!! It will take a lot on your part to convince me come to this location again to watch sports!!

We have been to Tilted Kilt several times, always had great service and the food was usually on point. However, yesterday (2-10-24) we had pretty lousy service and my food was nothing to write home about. I ordered the wings, 6 Buffalo and six mango habanero. I expect heat and I got sweetness. Why have it in the menu as on the hotter side if I could barely even taste the heat? So I waited for our server, after a while I got up to speak to the manager and he said he'd bring me some hot sauce I could dip them in. It was early in the day so they were only a few tables and yet our server really didn't stop by much. Wings didn't taste good either, maybe chicken was old... Hope you guys up your game, I stopped going to Hooters because the girls were extremely snobby so service lacked. I hope you guys can fix the issue with service.

We went for food and beer the afternoon before Monster Jam and we had a blast. Great place to relax, chat, eat, and enjoy the day.
