Tik Tea & Ramen Poke

My order went through but it was closed when I got there. Please report if this place is permanently closed. I did since that whats it looked like.

We've been here on multiple occasions and everyyyyy single time there's no rice and more often then not there's no gyoza and seaweed salad either. We come and literally have the only option of edamame, pork buns and ramen. Get it together TikTea Also the ONLY soda they carry is coke no diet or sprite or bottled water what the heckkkkk

Got really sick from drinking the boba and eating the food. My first time visiting this place and this will be my last visit.

What happened to this place? They changed their menu, so if you order Tonkotsu ramen with pork, you will not get a pork bone broth, you will get a shoyu broth. I tried explaining to the lady running the cash register how this is not tonkotsu but she said she just works there. She’s also the only person working there, since she left on a break and left the door locked. I had to wait five minutes just to return my Ramen. She gave me my money back, but didn’t even attempt to make the Ramen I was asking for. Pork bone broth with pork- is that so outlandish of a soup that TikTea can’t have it on their menu?

Update: I used to love coming to this place, the tea was good and prices were reasonable. Finally a good bobba place near my house! WRONG. What started as an awesome place has lost its original quality abysmally. The oreo bobba doesn't even come with the cookie pieces anymore, the tapioca for the last times I've ordered has been hard and old, unchewable. The matcha bobba very deplorable, like maybe matcha powder was in the room but not in the mix of the actual drink. Very sad that the quality has gone down so bad in such a short amount of time. Wish people didn't become greedy at the expense of customers, don't fix what's not broken. Original review: The tea is great, the food not so much lol. I only come here for tea as a result but they get 5 stars because their Oreo bubble tea is delicious

The food was ok, nothing I couldn't make at home. BBQ buns were hot, but I did not receive them until after I was finished with my ramen. The service was terrible, due to one employee. The young man was doing his best. He was obviously not trained well, but the girl who was overseeing the place for the closing shift had a horrible attitude. I was overall disappointed as this was my first and most likely last time coming here.

It was the first time. Food was delicious, portions are generous, and prices are competitive! With 15$ you can get a ramen or a poke bowl with a bubble tea. Kind and super attentive staff. We will surely come back soon!

Went for lunch on a Thursday. The ramen is cheap and soggy. The pork was actually okay but overall the ramen was disappointing. You can hear they use microwave all the time cause the kitchen is kind of open. Their classic milk tea was also quite bad. Too sweet and added brown sugar.
