Been going here for years, new owners,food was greasy,chips stale,and all the good help are gone,last trip to this store !!!

Worst Tijuana Flats, ever.

We have been going to this location every Tues night for Taco Tuesday for years. We loved all the employees especially all the girls that worked up front. They would always take such good care of getting refills or just checking on us. Right down to knowing our order. Also the food was always good. We never had a bad meal there. Now new owners, none of the same girls work there the chips are stale and greasy literally dripping with grease. The Taco meat is all grease drips out of your Taco. Doesn't even taste the same. My daughter's lettuce was brown. This place has gone down hill fast. We will not be going back we will drive to another one. Usually the place is packed. There was no one in there. Now I know why they all left. Also the girl at the front said it was a good thing all the girls left. We would much rather have the old crew back then her. They actually worked and were so friendly.

Excellent food. Large portions. Great friendly service. Condiment counter with many different hot sauce recipes, with quite humorous names. Very accommodating allows substitute additions or subtraction of ingredients on each entree. Parking: The location is a bit hard to see off street. Restaurant is in the front section of an outdoor double strip mall. Entrance in rear of the building is the most popular, parking lot behind building. Kid-friendliness: Kids coloring/game activity with crayons provided. Menu includes chicken nuggets for picky eaters. Staff members are polite and friendly with children.

Stale chips and wet burritos (not in a good way)

The food and location was good after we got inside. When we were standing outside at 10:58am on Saturday September 17th waiting for them to open at 11:00am, the cashier walked by us, unlocked the door, went in, left it unlocked but never acknowledged us. We waited to 11am, opened the door and went in to order from the cashier. She was friendly once we go it but it would have been nice if she would have acknowledged us and welcomed us in since she left the door unlocked. An alternative would have been an acknowledgment and letting us know that we can come in at 11:00am and she was leaving the door unlocked. We just stood their unsure of the situation because she pretended that we did not exist when she walked right by us.

Great food great employees nice and clean.

Had a employee/manager get nasty and accuse me of being a scammer after trying to claim a meal that was offered to me the day before for a short order. Never had a business treat me like that after always tipping well and showing the upmost respect while being there.

Cashier had bad customer service . Gives you a lil bit of food.

Love them!
