Tijuana Flats

New restaurant in the area. Very clean. Staff is friendly and following all steps of service, hope they keep it up after they have been here a while.

I don't understand why these franchises hire people in as mangers unexperienced clearly Juan Hi and do not know how to handle their staff and or their customers. As a person who has managed business in the food industry there is no reason why a staff who isn't supplied with the correct "TO GO" Supply to be yelled at by a consumer and then fired? ON TOP of that explain the logic behind having over bearing lobby music to were your employees cant speak to customers. New place or not , this Tijuana Flats needs serious REmanagement. Nobody can call themselves a manager and then fire an employee for supplying a rude consumer who was not in her rights and the employee still did what she NEEDED to do to satisfy the customer even though you couldn't do the simple job of telling your night employees to do their job and keep the area ready for morning shift AND do your daily restocking for the business your running. How do you suppose one employee can run a team job? Can you run that restaurant by yourself Juan? then don't expect one teenager too! Goodluck

We had an amazing experience here, this is my favorite place to eat and I come here every time I’m in Florida. The manager is absolutely fantastic.

Went into this place for the first time since it opened. Iwas greeted soon as I entered the doors by Chaniqua!! She tool my order and blew me away with how great her attitude was a d how she treated me and everyone else! This woman is a keeper and if she isn't a manager or owner, she needs to be.She treated that restaurant like her own. I will definitely come back because of her!

Always great food and service!

It was a bit loud but it didn't take away from the great everything. Taco Tuesday is to die for as well as the Hot Sauce Bar.

Order online took far too long. Arrived 3 minutes before the online time said it would be ready, left 25 minutes later. The location wasn't busy (Sunday). Walk-ins ordered way after I arrived and received their food first. Dining room was an active construction site. Not a great start. Employees were courteous.

Staff very accommodating to pick up order. Everything was made correctly and in a timely manner. We will be back!
