Tijuana Flats

It took 30 minutes to get my food when all the ingredients are premade and there was an army of people working there. There were only 2 or 3 ounces of chicken in the classic chicken bowl. The overall quality of the food was decent; typical low quality chain food.

Incredible food and drinks

Accidentally made an online mistake and was confused by the whole thing so i went in to clear up the issue and was helped by Jelly (i honestly thought she was a manager because how smoothly she fixed the situation) She was extremely friendly and helpful and cleared the whole situation up stress free! Will be coming back to this location more because of how friendly and helpful she was! Food was excellent as always and came out within like 5 minutes. The store was extremely clean and looks awesome! i love the paintings on the wall super cute.

We went in on a Friday night for their BOGO margaritas. We had a party of 4 adults and 2 kids. Drinks were very good! having a full bar is so cool. Food was delicious! Service was Great!! Small downsides.. - 1. The bar "window" was open to the outside which made it hot and muggy inside. (now of course, there is no way to fix this, we live in Florida). But I would have hung out longer if the inside temperature was more comfortable. -2. Neither restroom has a changing table, I had no where to change my 4 month old :(

Went into this location last Friday and ordered fried shrimp tacos. I was thinking that these tasted off on the initial bites. I happened to look into it and noticed that the shrimp were completely raw. Things happen, I get it. Just more of a note for people to be careful and check your food before biting in. I will say the manager was understanding and said that meal would be taken off of our bill. That was a week ago and has yet to happen. Staff/service and atmosphere was fine. Just an unfortunate experience with raw shrimp.

I will never ever come to this location again. Management sucks! We waited forever for our food…Never received, then I say something and it comes out cold. They take mine back and leave my husbands there to get cold. Then he orders an order to go and it gets put on a plate. They have to bag it up. I also placed an order to go that was not ready…Worst place I’ve ever been to. Management does nothing…I spent a good amount of money here…smh Never in my life…
