Tii Cup

Definitely a fun spot to hangout with friends or just to stop in and get a fun treat. They have two digital ordering machines, sometimes I’ve come in and they are both working, sometimes only one, and other times neither and there is someone at the front counter to take your order. I’m not sure if that is technical issues or not. Their selection of beverages is quite broad, I’ve only ordered two items that were not drinks, the bubble waffle with strawberries and the shaved coconut! Both were delicious! I do have to say I prefer the drinks though! I find the large a little too much, but that’s just my preference. It’s usually too sweet and I don’t end up finishing it. However, there digital ordering has a very nice option of choosing the level of sweetness that you want! I’m sure if you’d ask in person they would adjust it for you as well. There is usually seating available, but I have been in the store when most of the seating is taken up by groups of friends hanging out and talking! I love that the seating is super fun and unique, there are even couches! definitely an inviting place for people to gather. Unfortunately the more people ordering, the longer the wait is for you, but that just shows that each drink is specifically made to the order. I can’t speak for everyone’s orders, but all of mine have been authentic to my request. I usually type in “no boba please” in the notes and they always follow through! Hope this was helpful to those reading! Parking: Every time I’ve showed up there has been a spot available, but I may have only been coming during the “not so busy” times. Kid-friendliness: Lots of fun-looking seating the kids would enjoy! Wheelchair accessibility: The sidewalk has a step, but if you walk further down the path, there is a soft edge for a wheel chair.

Alright drinks. Terrible service when doing pick up orders.. I wouldn’t say the dine is much better either.. went really down hill

Kid-friendliness: My 10 year old loves Tii Cup!

The drinks are always hit or miss. It seems like there are no standards on making any of the drinks. No consistency. Also, the biggest thing is how SLOW they make the drinks. You have the workers talking back and forth and who's making what, and not telling the customers that the drinks are ready. I don't blame the workers' mgmt needs to make a change. Even the Woodbury location is better.

Burnsville location was outstanding for years but it appears to have had some staff changes or something; but quality and service has gone down significantly. Last time, I had a Large Avocado that they made as a regular. They remade it…and it was about 1-2” below the top—so basically a regular in a large cup. This trip, I got the Mango Tangi Biing and now, unlike the photo and previous experiences, it’s less than half a strawberry thinly sliced. Hope it improves; it’s a sad thing to see.

All the times that we have came, Great service over all. One of our fav boba spots to go to!!!!
