Worst customer service, seriously hire some competent bar tenders and you will easily increase sales

The most rude waitstaff I have EVER had the unfortunate chance to be served by. I’m an international traveler and I will NEVER pay to be treated so rude and inefficient again. DR

Female staffer rude from the outset. I went to order food at 7.50am, she did not greet or make eye contact, I ordered and pointed to the item on the menu but she did not look up. She later came out with a different dish and when I said that wasn't what I asked for, she said it was, then said well you have to pay more and walked off before I could say anything. I assumed she was fixing up the order and I could pay the difference but after waiting until 8.45 I went to the counter to get a refund. She didn't acknowledge me, serving someone else before finally turning to me and when I asked for a refund she said I'm waiting for the manager. I told her I needed to catch a flight and she just walked off. I stood for another ten minutes waiting before she came back over, said 'the manager is taking forever, here's your money' and walked off again. I really don't understand the attitude from the outset. It is a shame because the place looked good and the male staffer who initially brought over a menu and water was lovely.

They pour a really good Guinness here, was very impressed for an airport bar. Ordered fish and chips which were just straight out the packet from the supermarket and warmed in the oven, very disappointing. Quite expensive too. Vegetarian options: Guinness

How this place can proport to be an Irish bar is beyond me, they didnt even have any draught beers or lager on the day we went, 8th January. The older italian lady serving was trying her best, but not backed up whatsoever by her kitchen team and higher management. The menu is very limited indeed. We had 2 Ceasaer salad at $15.99 plus $6.99 for grilled chicken. We ordered a burger for $18.99 plus $4.49 for fries! The server then brought me a range of IPA beers in cans, so I selected one can and was astonished when I got my bill and one can of IPA beer was $14.49!!! We also order a coca cola and a perrier water. The perrier water was completely frozen solid and not drinkable!! The burger was dry a sticks, the ceasar salad was like dried up cardboard with a very poor dressing and the chicken was of really poor quality and just luke warm a if it has been reheated. The total bill was an astonishing $94. What an absolute ripoff for such poor quality food, I felt so angry and wound up. Mcdonalds would have been better. I ws so annoyed that I refused to leave a tip, which i later felt sorry for the server, because not much of it ws her fault, but I told her the reason I wasnt was because I was served absolute rubbish at extortionate prices.

Service was subpar. The fish and chips and chicken strips are obviously from a frozen bag. Extremely overpriced!!!

Dirty bar. No service. Waited 20 minutes at a fairly empty bar. The guy behind the bar was too busy flirting with some tatted guy on crutches. Get a room If you don’t want to do your job do something else.

If I could rate zero stars I would... Fish and chips was less than school cafeteria quality, gave me ranch instead of tartar sauce. $100 for garbage food and two way overpriced beers. Didn't even throw in a lemon wedge for our troubles. My disappointment is immeasurable and my day is ruined. This is not a restaurant, it's a scam.
