We ordered an XL boba and they gave us a medium by accident. That was fine, because after we told them, they fixed our order. However, while she was fixing our order, she dropped the XL cup on the ground, rinsed it, and continued to use it. Don’t think they’re short on cups, don’t understand why they couldn’t toss that and use a new one. Also, was definitely on me for not calling it out, but I was just too shocked at the time. And then all she did to change the order was add a little milk and boba to make it an XL. No addition of tea or anything. The service for paying extra for the XL was not worth it all.
