I was sent a birthday delivery with a special video message but when I enter the code into the app, it gives me an "unknown error". I tried like 10 times.

Worst customer service. First time using them they delivered with receipt showing the amount I paid for a surprise. Second delivery they stated that door was closed and I was called. Yet I did not received any calls and it’s a business that is open from 7:30am-5pm. They offer to re deliver but I would have to pay for delivery again. Will only partially refund me.
