I used the app to place my order and save time. Arrived about 20mins. later and sent my son inside of the empty establishment. The girl at the counter told him 20 more minutes because they just got the order. Then I watched a woman walk in place her order and she made them on the spot. (I use the term "made" lightly because they just take the product out of the case and heat it for 30 seconds). I then walk in to see if mine is ready, I told the counter girl that I was waiting for my order and she said "ok" and went in the back somewhere out of sight. I didn't get the order for another 10 minutes. The parking lot was empty and no one was inside so...what was the point of ordering in advance to save time? I usually don't have issues with anyone else and customer service is typically good here but the girl with the RBF today was unpleasant AF and I won't be back.

10/10 every time.
