Placed an order for pickup and when I got it home I realized they gave us only a few crab ragoons and none of the food was that good! I paid 41.00 for a meal that was small and not good ! I won't go back to this place.

Undoubtedly, it is the best Chinese restaurant in Columbia Falls, Montana, and quite possibly the entire valley. With a great burger and friendly staff, you can always count on getting exactly what you ordered. Credit: Penmanship is also 5 stars

Instead of letting us know it would take 2 hours to get your food, they took my order and made me wait. I wouldn't have stayed waiting for two hours. That's ridiculous. You need to inform your customers how long it will take.

I was craving Asian food and stumbled across this place. Best food I've had all trip! The food was delicious and the service was phenomenal. Didn't have to wait long for the food. Definitely will have to stop by again for the egg rolls.

I so wanted to give a 5 star rating because the people are so nice, but the food was greasy and simply awful. I ordered the chow mein combination. The chow mein and fried rice were terribly greasy. It came with fried wonton, which was overcooked and greasy. The soup was cream of broccoli and tasted like it was made from dry soup mix from a packet. My husband had the General Tso's chicken entrée. It, too, was terribly greasy. I understand the fast food dine in concept and fully support it. But I don't support most everything coming to the table in Styrofoam containers. And please, if you're going to have your customers eat with plastic cutlery, it should at least be high enough quality that it doesn't bend with every bite. We are locals, and had been to Tien's many years ago and weren't impressed. We decided to try it again based on customer reviews and "best of" awards. We were terribly disappointed and won't be back.
