Pizzas are good but prices are steep. We had a plain cheese pizza ($12), 10” sweet & spicy $20, and a Butcher pizza (sausage and pepperoni) $28. Employees were friendly but service was slow. Two pizzas came out and we were half done before the third (plain cheese) came out. Crust on the sweet & spicy was burnt - I watched the staff. They were talking and it stayed in the oven too long. The flavor of the sweet and spicy was pretty good. I added some reaper pepper to it to kick it up a notch. Outdoor tables had space heaters but it was still pretty chilly. Indoor area is small but the extended patio has wind protection and heaters making it comfortable to dine. Even at 8:30pm there was a decent crowd.
Bier und Starters waren lecker. Die Bedienung war super freundlich und hilfsbereit bei der Auswahl der verschieden Biere. Ich werde wieder kommen. Danke Parking: Parken im Hof.
Great pizza place with terrific lunch deals. I bought a slice and a salad for only $8. There are a few tables inside and there is also an outdoor patio. Parking in their lot can be a little difficult at peak times, but there is also plenty of street parking. Lots of choices for vegan and vegetarian friends on the menu. Be sure and get a side of their hot honey to try with your pizza.
Hands down best pizza in Long Beach! Not to mention paired with the best beer in Long Beach, Ambitious Ales, Thunderbolt has some fire options. Their nuggets are truly the best nuggets ever
Great neighborhood pizza joint. Really good service and Mello atmosphere with a patio for outdoor dining. My personal favorite is the boneless wings cooked in the pizza oven. They are yummy. If you like good pizza, this is the place in Bixby Knolls. They have some good beers on tap as well, and they just started serving Shiner Bach, which I love.
