Three Saints Revival

Sam's sister got stranded at Denver Airport when all the flights got cancelled due to the weather. We drove up from the Springs and we stayed the night at the Hotel Indigo. This is the Hotel Bar. This is a nice place to chill out and have some drinks.

Excellent food and staff. We ordered a series of tapas for the table and went with the recommendations of our waiter. Whenever we were getting low on our dish or bread another serving showed up. Every dish was better than the last. everyone loved the bartender's hand crafted cocktails, they were great and unusual. The one issue I had with the place was that the dining tables were weirdly small. We were right on top of each other and had to play table Tetris each time a dish or drink came out.

Small shared plate style dining. Everything we had was incredibly flavorful, unique, delicious. The fried chicken dish was a real standout for me. The pasta carbonara was very good too and a nice portion. The entire staff was helpful with describing dishes and making recommendations. We felt welcome and were well taken care of throughout the meal. Hand crafted cocktails were also very good. The restaurant is not too far from the train station. Ideal spot if coming into town by train for an evening out. Only negative comment is price - dishes are small and priced more along the lines of a full size entree. Dining out these days is costly. But we were all pleased with Three Saints and Will for sure be back.

We really enjoyed this place! Great drinks that were highly creative and tasty. The plates were also creative and yummy. We came for a double date and this was a perfect location. Also, this is easily accessible from Union Station. We'll be back!

Loved their dinner menu! Even though it’s a tapas place the portions were huge. We each ordered 2 plates per person and it was more than enough food. Our favorite were: Mushroom Risotto, Carbonara and Lamb. We will definitely be back!
