Three Fires Pizza

UPDATE: 9.8.2023 three fires on Illinois Road has introduced a pizza and salad bar! It's a small buffet back in the bar area of the restaurant where they showcase many different kinds of pizzas and appetizers. As well as an amazing salad bar with every ingredient from every salad that they make. They had a couple of pasta selections and a soup on the buffet as well. I have some updated pictures below and a picture of the time frames that the buffet is available! You have to go check this out! 01.27.2023. I got the Chicken Bacon Club on gluten free crust and had them drizzle Buffalo Sauce on it. Very Good! I recommend. Added more photos. 10.22.22. Open for lunch!! Great lunch specials that include drink and salad!Good food and service. Good beer selection. This barely begins to describe how good Three Fires Pizza on Illinois Road is. We have visited the store a few times for lunch and dinner and we are not ever disappointed. The Mista salad is one of the best salads I've ever had. They have a wide variety of wood fired pizzas each of them are very very good. They have some great appetizers including a roasted cauliflower that I like to get with chicken to add some protein. I think the meat lovers pizza. They do have gluten-free crust available and the pizzas are well done and very tasty on the gluten-free crust. Also shout out to the chef on this one. We picked up a pan and a half of the Mista salad for a rehearsal dinner and the presentation was absolutely amazing. Salad was fantastic. It came with dressing on the side and serving utensils. It was a huge hit.

We ordered pizza's and asked for them to have vegan cheese put on them. We weren't told there would be an upcharge. It was only $1, but still would have been nice to know. Husband wasn't a fan of the cheese and felt like it was too much cheese. We also ordered garlic bread and that was mediocre. Dietary restrictions: They do offer vegan cheese.

Surely the best Italian pasta taste in Fort Wayne. No doubt!!

I came to Three Fire's on Saturday with my girlfriend for Savor Fort Wayne. It was so busy that my partner and I immediately wanted to leave... however, the hostess was so warm and friendly, and promised that the wait would be worth it. I don't know why, but that was enough to convince me. I am really glad she persuaded us to stay. The Savor Fort Wayne deals were amazing. The bread sticks were delicious. The dipping sauce was delicious and I could even see tomato skin in there. The pizza (notably the crust) was phenomenal. The toppings did slide off quite a bit, but I think that was because the pizza was so hot. Their cheesecake was also one of the best cheesecake's I've had to date. The craft beer selection is large and high quality. Founder's Rubaeus is now one of my favorite beers. My main criticism of the restaurant is the interior design is whack. Not a fan of the color scheme at all, and definitely lacked some decor. All that said, I am excited for my next visit. I want to try the pizza bar, more of the craft beers, their pasta... And devour more of those bread sticks!

Amazing food and service! Our waitress went above and beyond making it a fun experience for my 5 year old nephew, even bringing out a bit of pizza dough for him to play with! Service was fast and the food was perfect. Highly recommend!

Delicious food prepared fresh and flavorful. A must visit for Savor Fort Wayne! Parking: Parking in front and back. Kid-friendliness: TVs with kid's Netflix shows on!

I want real bad to like this place. On the surface, the pizzas look like they’re going to be good. Ingredients seem to be fresh. Having said that, too many times with burnt crust, brought to the table when they are obviously overcooked.
