Previously 5 stars as it is easily my favorite coffee shop in Nashville, however they need to pay their baristas a liveable wage! A company that doesn’t value their employees doesn’t deserve my business until that changes

Folks deserve a livable wage. Your employees are asking for the BARE MINIMUM to survive in Nashville. Stop cancelling meetings with your employees, the folks who RUN YOUR BUSINESS. Opening a dialogue is literally THE LEAST you can do.

have been coming here for roughly two years and have always had AMAZING experiences with the staff. that being said i will not come back until they are getting paid a LIVING wage- the baristas deserve better, especially in this economy.
