Thorn Restaurant & Lounge

Enjoyed some shareable plates with family for a light evening dinner. All very delicious food, fresh and tasty calamari, hummus, tomato bisque, Greek salad, grilled chicken and the kids menu was more interesting than most I've seen!

Nice place to eat pub style food and get a beer or a cocktail

The bar is inside the Rose Hotel. Very beautiful atmosphere, set up for any occasion, romantic, colleagues, friends... Jonny, the bar tender, was really awesome. Although I wasn't sitting at the bar, he made sure I was doing OK. They have great cocktails and a wide variety of other alcoholic drinks.( whiskey, beer, wine). The food looks amazing. I'll be back to try the menu. The bathroom is very beautiful and clean. They had live music on Saturday when I was there.

Definitely would go again. I was invited to a brunch, and it was just delightful loved every bit of it, and the food was terrific BTW, the room/space we were in was beautiful!

This spot is located within The Rose Hotel in Chicago. Thorn Restaurant offers a delightful dining experience both for breakfast and dinner with its delicious and fresh cuisine with an Asian twist. Thorn's menu is a fusion of modern American food favorites and a few signature Thorn Restaurant items. From classic Avocado Toast & Omelets to the fresh Poke Bowl and Seafood Flatbread. Every dish I’ve tried has had great flavor. Also noteworthy are the Greek yogurt bowls for breakfast! Thanks to Executive Chef Scott Wallett for feeding me great food at a convenient spot close to O’Hare.

Amazing service and great atmosphere

Presently staying at another hotel, but when I walked into here… now I want to stay here!!! A hotel with a cool restaurant! The food is delicious, like finger licking good. The smash burger is yummmy! Was browsing the hotel rooms while I was waiting for my smash burger… they look really nice and the prices seem reasonable. By the way they do their french fries just like I make them in my own restaurant… I run a paintball park with a restaurant up in Canada.

Be sure to ask for Juan at the bar. He's amazing!! And the food is excellent. Best shrimp
