This place was delicious! The food was incredible and the drinks were as beautiful as they were tasty. Only bad thing is no one asked if we wanted a second drink and the bathroom was horrifically dirty. But I will absolutely be back and just pee elsewhere :)
There's lots of good Thai food around Boston but Thonglor is my favorite! Every time I take a new bite I literally think the words, "This is cooked to perfection" LOL... like the Ratatouille critic... Such a dependable delivery place, I try to order something new each time and every single dish has been delicious! I can tell from photos that the dine-in plating looks beautiful, and I think even in the take-out boxes you can tell there is lots of care put in. :) I love the pad kee mao, khao pad tomyum, and mango sticky rice. The curry puffs and keaw wan gai are also great!
I've been getting food here for at least a couple of years and it's really delicious. Every time I've ordered it has been consistent. Easily the best Thai food in the Allston/Brighton area and beyond.
A great little authentic Thai spot in Brighton! Went there for a casual dinner on a weekend. Food: The food was pretty good. We tried the Papaya Salad (sweet-sour with strong hints of peanuts), the Tod Mun (soft fish cakes - very tasty) for Starters. Crying Tiger is a must if you like meat - flavorful steak with homemade sweet sauce. We also tried the spicy Pork (Moo), which was our least favorite (pork was dry and it was not spicy at all). Overall the food is good, authentic, but VERY sweet. Cocktails: fantastic! We had the Rose, which literally tasted like liquid candy, and the Ghost Pepper, which had a wonderful kick if you like your drinks spicy! Service: pretty fast, mildly attentive, but very nice. Venue: the venue is very nice, street-food modern style, however it gets very busy with lots of people picking up take-out. Wouldn't recommend for a date, but perfect for casual dining.
Legit, long live thonglor
probably the best thai duck curry ive had in the US... tender and tasty with some spice (id ask for spicier next time). we did the pad see ew as well which was an elevated standard. id say the coffee martini i had here was a slow burn. the flavor isnt as delicious as other espresso martinis in town but the effect is lethal haha! the hype at this place is real. the ambience the day we went was a bit smoky like a family bbq but honestly the dishes are worth the trek
Best Thai food in Boston. Feel like I am back in Thailand!
Packed with flavors. Absolutely a must visit if you’re into Thai cuisine. The sticky rice is addicting and the salad in the dish is very refreshing. I would love to visit again! We went on Monday eve and all tables were occupied. So get in early if you can!
Good service, amazing food! Pad thia is outta this world! Drinks are cool!
Great drinks and good food. Pad see was really good and not too spicy
