Thinking Cup

I’ve been a regular patron at Thinking Cup for quite some time now, and I've consistently enjoyed both the quality of their coffee and the service they provide. However, during my recent visit in the North End, I encountered an issue regarding the sizing of my order. I order a large cold brew without ice, but on this occasion, I was informed that due to the absence of ice, the cup size would be downsized to a medium without any adjustment in price. Couldn’t believe I was receiving less coffee for the same price, especially considering the already high costs associated with coffee. In a city like Boston with numerous local coffee options, this policy might incentivize customers to explore alternatives. Will be doing so myself.

This is our favorite coffee shop when we visit Boston! The customer service is great, and the coffee is the best!

Good coffee and sandwiches

Cool location right on Hanover street! The lattes are incredible and the staff are really friendly.. It’s also really nice they stay open till 7 pm ..unfortunately they don’t have WiFi so you might need a hot spot/xfinity account to do work/study there.

The latter was so beautiful and the stuff was friendly. Altho they use coffee which has strong sour taste so if you don’t like it, better not to get one. Cakes were so good too

Kid friendly and good food options as well as excellent coffee

Plenty of food options and the Indonesian pour over was excellent! Highly recommend this place for anyone wanting a good cup of coffee.
