I used to be a regular customer getting food from here for a little bit! The service has always been okay but I usually let it pass until the last time! I usually order an extra fish that is like $8+ and when I got home I realized they didn’t add it. I went to the store a couple of days after and told the lady what happened and she just tells me it wasn’t me. She didn’t offer to not charge me on the extra protein this time, she didn’t even say sorry we didn’t included. Again I usually don’t care about things like that but if you gonna charge high prices u at least need to respect your customers and admit if u made a mistake. Will never go there again
I ordered a bison burger to go to take hoke. When I opened the box it looked really good noticing they cut the burger in half. I proceeded to pick up the half of the burger to have half of it fall on the floor. They only cut the top half of the burger not all the way through resulting in half of my burger to end up on the floor. When I called them to resolve the issue they only offered a smoothie as a way of saying I'm sorry.
Great food for a quick, healthy bite with vegetarian options
Protein source has been one of my favorite go to spots for healthy food for awhile. Twice this week, I’ve ordered via Postmates and they’ve forgotten my protein peanut butter balls. Which isn’t the worst thing - but I had ordered (4) extra cilantro pesto sauces and they all tasted fermented and bad. Not sure what happened but super bummed at my recent experiences and am turned off from what I’m assuming is spoiled sauces.
All the employees are so rude over the phone. Non patient, helpful and hang up the phone on me. I don’t recommend at all. PLEASE CHANGE YOUR STAFF!!
DISGUSTING ESTABLISHMENT. I placed an order online and told them that I had a severe, life threatening allergy. They sent me the wrong dressing - it was green colored. I called to ask about nuts in the dressing as they sell a pesto dressing, and the green dressing they sent me looked like pesto. The guy on the phone was extremely rude, said he didnt have time to confirm if there were nuts as he was "TOO BUSY". I told him this is life threatening and he said "IM BUSY CANT TALK" and slammed the phone down on me. I went into the store with the dressing to ask again if there were nuts. Again, no one could confirm if there were pine nuts. I asked to speak with the guy that I had spoke with on the phone, and he was RUDE again. He mocked my voice, shouted at me, laughed and then flapped the menu in my face asking if could read?!! He kept saying "NO PEAUTS SEE" . I was asking about PINE NUTS. No apologies, just confrontation. The kitchen staff were also laughing in the back. No refund of changes offered. I left as I was so disgusted with the interaction. They obviously don't take food allergens seriously. What will it take? Does someone have to die before they listen? IF YOU HAVE FOOD ALLERGIES AVOID!! They don't care.
