Been waiting 30 minutes for 3 ice cream cones on valentines day. Shame on the idiots that own this place to staff it with one person. Learn how to run a business....
Food is great and portion sizes are decent. Somewhat overpriced.
Not a bad $8 shake with whipped cream out of a can, made with Bluebell ice cream. You can also really splurge and get a fancy shake for $20. If you want ice cream in a cone, they'll set on a plate for you. I'm glad I went! I realized I could get a tastier shake at Austin's original Amy's, with real whip cream, from friendlier scoops. Sorry, I'm just stating the truth.
Yummy dessert for date night
They need to up their service game. Need a better system than just walking through the flavors with nobody talking or acknowledging you and they don't even do samples!!!
Despite the large number of bad reviews, I decided to visit this cafe (by the way, there are a lot of people here, so it must be delicious). I ordered a milkshake with pistachio (although it is not on the poster, the cashier was happy to advise and help us). We were there on Saturday and waited for about 10 minutes. The cocktail was delicious But it cost $10
The wait was absolutely insane. The flavor I tried was milky and not good at all. The portions were ridiculously huge and over-the-top, more for an ig pic than to actually eat it. And the service was terrible.
