The Yard Milkshake Bar

The lady behind the counter was so rude. No customer service skills at all. Also we order 4 milkshakes at around 20 a shake and only 1 person making all the shakes probably why the girl was rude. The one shake was sitting on the counter melting while she started the other one. When we got the shake it was extremely liquidy.i asked her if she could please not make the shakes like that and she replies with she's not taking it back because we already started eating it. However I wasn't asking to return the shake but to not make the other milk shakes so liquidy. Also how are u supposed to know if the shake is liquidy if u don't try it 1st? This was an awful experience.

Quan had excellent customer service, was so friendly and efficient. Made us a delicious ice cream treat. Definitely recommend this establishment!!!!

They offer excellent dessert creations at affordable prices. The service is fantastic and friendly, allowing customers to taste before purchasing. That includes the edible cookie dough.

Would have loved to know what it tasted like, but after waiting 30 minutes, we still didn't have our ice cream. We left and gave our ticket to friends who happened to walk in, thinking they would benefit from our misfortune. The next day, they told me that they had also left, after waiting another 15 minutes, and passed on the ticket. Hopefully someone eventually got that $20 worth of ice cream...
