I’ve been going to The Works since it opened. About 2 months ago, I received a parking ticket for being 16 mins late. The attendant told me I could appeal it because he had just printed it. I went to the AAA website and submitted an appeal. There has been no reply and the fee keeps going up. I’ve tried calling and no response. I’ve emailed and have not heard back. It is frustrating that this is the kind of company in charge of parking.

Always a great experience. Great restaurants, and great ambiance. I always look forward to going to the works.

Be mindful of the bar here, it seems to have sticky hands. My card was charged 3x 2 days AFTER I LEFT the Atlanta area.

You must go to The Works Food Hall! There are medium to large vendor stands throughout the space and it's awesome! Whatever cuisine you're looking for is there and so so good. And delicious desserts to end it right. There are plenty of spots to sit and eat, people watch or walk and talk. Take a date or find one there. There's also an enclosed picnic seating area with flat screens and music. By the way! Restrooms are pristine so eat and drink all you want.

Great location for a family day or a date night.
