The Wing Experience

I like going to Smokey Bones. I had the brisket grilled cheese and fries. It was pretty good and the staff was friendly. The banana pudding in the mason jar was delicious.

Service and food were great! The pork belly pops were very good, but the server let me know they were out of the cucumber to go with it.

Worst steak I ever had had to send it back twice did not even taste good and no seasoning my nothing on it I would have rather had a hamburger

Burnt food, poor service.

I’ve never been in person- but I doordashed it for lunch today. It arrived on time, warm, and delicious. I got the boneless maple bacon wings and they were pretty good, I wish there was more sauce but I could have gotten extra for $0.99 if I wanted to. The sweet tea was really good as well as the fries!

I have eaten here several times as I love the food. However, I have had a lot of terrible experiences and yet I continued to order because when made properly, the food is great. However, that's a rare occasion. I stopped eating here for several months as a result because I realized I was simply wasting my money. Tonight I was craving their wings and decided to order for my lunch. I ordered boneless buffalo mild wings and received plain chicken, no sauce. I did not receive the fries that I ordered. The bread sticks were completely burnt and not even able to eat because they were so rough and additionally there was queso just inside of the box loosely. I did not receive the sauces I paid for and I ordered celery with bleu cheese and while I received the celery, did not receive the bleu cheese. What items I did receive were terrible, no flavor, dry, and flat out disgusting. This is my last attempt with the wing experience, I will not be wasting anymore of my money here. If I could give zero stars, I would.
