Beautiful, classy restaurant with exquisite, delicious food! The shrimp and grits were so flavorful, and my smores tart was a work of art!

My fiancé and I had the best time here! The food is excellent- from the dinner rolls to the main entree everything tasted amazing. I had the scallops and they were cooked perfectly- most places over cook scallops but these were the best I’ve ever had. Literally cannot stop raving about this place and will recommend it to anyone looking for a great dinner in downtown Frederick. Also I love the little descriptions of the wines when you get a wine flight!

It’s always starts out excellent, but disappointing in the end. Good service, fine food. Disappointing combination.

The food and drinks/wine are great, but the service is truly remarkable. My husband and I kept commenting on how attentive everyone was, even during a relatively busy Sunday brunch. I especially love this place for the wild mushroom strudel—it’s such a treat to have a delicious vegetarian offering that isn’t bolognese or risotto! The portions are on the smaller side, so a starter is almost a must, but prices are reasonable so it isn’t much of an issue. Always a must-visit when in Frederick!

Dietary restrictions: Gluten sensitive options

My wife and I went here for our anniversary and it did not disappoint! The reservation process was quick and easy. I entered some information and a couple of requests ( flowers at the table). I received a call confirming the reservation and suggestions about the flowers( I dropped them off earlier in the day and they were on the table when we arrived. We had a cozy booth looking out over the creek. There was a card congratulating us on the anniversary. They started us off with two glasses of bubbly for a toast, which was nice. Our waiter Kevin was wonderful. He was charming and polite. He made suggestions for us and was not pushy. We ended up having the rolls and spiced nuts as a starter. I ordered the Wagyu and duck fat fries, my wife ordered the scallops. Both were perfect! We shared the mulled pear trifle and again, we were floored with how good it was. The whole night was really wonderful. The ceiling has stars that shift and change, and occasionally you will see a shooting star. Our sincere thanks to all the staff for making our night memorable! Vegetarian options: The vegetarian options were clearly labeled and sounded amazing. Parking: There are two parking garages in very close proximity to the restaurant. We usually use the garage on All Saints so we can enjoy a stroll down Carroll Creek. Kid-friendliness: Nope. I am sure they would try to accommodate little ones, but I would not bring them.

Absolutely WOW!!! Great friendly service, very nice atmosphere and nice views of the lighted boats on the creek. And the food was AMAZING! We ordered so much, beef fat fries, pickled beet salad, deviled eggs, tuna tacos with caviar, hot rolls and garlic butter (To die for!), empanadas, mashed potatoes, and short rib. Every dish was excellent in presentation and flavor. For the first time in my life, I felt like I was on a food high. I can't wait to go back! Parking: The parking lot is across an alley behind the building. So walk over to the creek and you'll see the front of the building and find the restaurant easily.

Food was amazing

This place is a total scam. 8$ for a dinner roll that legit is below average. $17 for 4 coctail shrimp. The rolls and butter spread at golden Corral are way better. And I can get a entire lb of shrimp at most places for 17$. Secondly I don't drink alcohol. Asked for a fountain drink. That also isn't available. I must settle for over priced bottles of whatever they have at that moment. Water was served with no ice so its just room temp. Then the entrees are a joke. Get a 70$ steak that is barely 1/4 lb serving and 1 side. Yes 1 fn side for 70$. What a rip off. The burger is the size of a slider, I ate it in 4 bites, and the order of fries wasn't even enough to make a whole potato. Eat it all and still hungry. Also the burger was Highley undercooked with no lettece or tomato on side to at least garnish such a small portion it was a disappointment. Then to dessert where I get some sort of dessert in a mason jar that seemed to be made the day before and put in a fridge to get soggy before serving. In all it was a huge waste and a huge dinner money trap. I personally will not be supporting that business any further.
