The Wandering Cafe

Decided last minute to drop in on a weekend when I was trying to get out and enjoy some of the local food options. Staff were friendly, great atmosphere, and great food! I had the Vagabond sandwich on sourdough with a side salad. It was delicious and filling. I see many comments on here about the soup so I'll have to return to try some! Parking: Parking in front of the business is limited but available. I'm not sure about anything behind the cafe.

They have a lot of great gluten free options! Come here if you like vagabond blues in palmer. This place has friendly staff. It's small but laid back. Pricy but will satisfy you. My partners love when I bring them lunch from here but done in is cozy. Also there's parking in the back of the building! Dietary restrictions: Gluten Free

Had breakfast with my daughter here. Such a sweet place with nice staff, delicious food and it was so clean and cozy. Wonderful place to eat and amazing coffee

What a great little gem in the heart of Wasilla. I discovered this place thanks to the Support Local November event and was extremely delighted I did. Service is fast and delightful, super friendly. The ambiance makes you feel right at home! They even have a seed exchange program going within the business!I ordered a coffee and a pastry both were really good!

Fantastic business! A must-visit place if you are new or visiting Alaska, or a go-to choice if you are an Alaska. They know their stuff and do use great produce, support local businesses, and you can taste it. It is not just that the food is great as you can read in the other reviews, but also the people that runs it are awesome: it's always nice to talk to them, and they make you love the business even before you have tried anything!. Highly recommended.

Nice spot for a good bagel sandwich. The coffee is really good.
