The Walnut Room

I’m very sad to report that my friends and I experienced homophobic remarks at a Madonna drag brunch. The disc jockey of the event was willing to kick us out when two women use the derogative term towards gay people. We asked to speak with the manager, and the manager was amazing and tried to resolve the situation, but it left a bad taste in our mouth.

It's a lovely magical place etc. Vegetarian options: Great etc. Dietary restrictions: Great etc. for that aspect as well. Parking: Different parking garage near by etc. Kid-friendliness: Yes it is enchanting for kids as well Wheelchair accessibility: Yes it is flat to get in etc. the building it's in and there's an elevator in the building to get where the walnut room is etc. it's all flat the restaurant etc.

Great atmosphere at a classic Chicago restaurant.

Came for the Grinch Drag Brunch and it was so much fun. Our server Diamond was amazing. She kept us entertained and made amazing food recommendations.

As a first time visit, it was really nice. Service was excellent. Staff was appreciative of us being there. Manager visited all the tables including ours, and was not rushed. To my surprise, the food was reasonably priced, cocktails a little pricey. We will definitely return!

Such a whimsical place for the holidays. I really enjoyed myself, and the food was amazing. 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend this place to any families that love Christmas and New years.
