Have not been there since before Covid and we are so happy that they are open again. Food and service are still outstanding!

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE AND MANAGEMENT!! went here with my 5 year old to try it out again since it’s reopened this past Saturday. Had woman at front desk with long brown curly hair take my debit card for a check that was $38 she swipes my card for $200 and withdrawals ALL OF MY MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT. proceeds to tell me it’s “no big deal” and “it’s refunded”. I call my bank to confirm THEY IN FACT TOOK ALL MY MONEY AND NO MONEY WOULD BE REFUNDED TILL MAYBE TUESDAY. THAT WAS ALL MONEY!! SINGLE MOTHER OF A 5 YEAR OLD AND ITS OKAY TO YOU THAT YOU TOOK ALL MY MONEY OVER YOUR MISTAKE?! Bank tells me they will charge me $36 dollars a pop for any pending withdrawals at the time of waiting for refund and not promised for return of fees. I received my refund by Tuesday. As of Wednesday THIS RESTAURANT PROCEEDS TO TAKE MY CHECK OF $38 FROM MY ACCOUNT AFTER I ALREADY RECEIVED CHARGES AGAINST MY ACCOUNT FOR BEING NEGATIVE! I have called and asked for an owner to now call me twice. Who in their right mind thinks it’s okay to make a customer go negative in their account? Deal with that headache of figuring out how they’ll cover 4 days plus of expenses then charges me the check amount? I’ve talked to numerous people and this is BAD BUSINESS AND BAD MANAGEMENT YOU ARE TO TAKE CARE OF YOUR CUSTOMER NOT BE GREEDY! very unhappy with the service all around. Waitresses and hosts are jerks too.

First time since they reopened, ordered pick up. Over $30 for 2 sandwiches that were less than average. Monte Cristo was plain and greasy. Same with the ham-cheese croissant sandwich. Cream of chicken soup, not nearly as good as it was in the past. Fries were ok. This place was always a favorite for many years,I don’t think I’ll be going back.

First time dining here since it reopened. Service was excellent as waitress made sure coffee cups were continuously refilled and always checking if anything was needed. The food was prepared exactly as ordered, the portion size was unbelievable and the taste was outstanding. Definitely will return.

Food was good.Service was great.Atmosphere not greatest but not the worst.
