The Vegan Pig Kitchen

Easily the best breakfast burrito I've had in my entire 18 years eating vegan. Really great selection of stuff, if you're local to the area give this place a shot, the negative reviews here really have nothing to do with the quality of food. This is my got-to vegan spot in the area! I'm not vegan, but enjoy trying out vegan food. And this placed really surprised me. So far, I've tried the fysh tacos, fysh and chips, and the chicken gordita, and they all exceeded my expectations! I actually don't care for real fish tacos, but these I'd definitely have again. The fysh and chips were equally as good, with their fries now one of my favorites. Even the tartar sauce smacked on it's own! For the chicken gordita, I'm not big on the meat and dairy version of this. But the Vegan Pig's take on the gordita allowed me to have a fast food meal without tearing my stomach up. This is definitely a new guilty pleasure. Oh, and all their food so far is reasonably priced for the quality, too! They just don't miss.

I ordered the waffle breakfast sandwich and it was amazing from the first bite to the last. I ordered cookies, but they mistakenly gave me a banana and chocolate muffin. But everything (even the muffin) was so good that I didn’t care. Great stuff. Can’t wait to try more.

Thank you for existing. It's the perfect spot for vegetarian hangover food!!! The food is not fancy and you may get the wrong sides (other reviews) but the fact I can get a full fast food/American diner menu of vegan alternatives in the South Bay is godsend. For once a vegetarian restaurant that isn't obnoxiously healthy :)

This is part of a cloud kitchen which was a new thing for me. For the uninitiated, there are apparently about 10 different restaurants with to go menus working out of the same storefront. You go into the space at one address and scroll through restaurants listed on a kiosk, view a menu and then order and pay at the same kiosk. Your order is then delivered to a numbered locker when it is ready and the locker pops open when you access your order on a tablet mounted on the wall. There is a person at a window that let us know how the system worked. The space is clean and well lit with a longish counter and several stools where I guess you could eat if you were in a rush. The place seemed very popular from the number of people picking up orders. I had the fish tacos which were a little heavy on the fried part for my taste and my friend had the quesadilla which he thought was just okay. To be fair though I think the things they are supposed to specialize in are not the foods that we are really into. I would give it another try though the next time I'm in the mood for a burger. It's a great concept though and just go by the address because there isn't any sign saying "the vegan pig".
