The worst place, I’ll try to bought a “fresh juice” and they took it out of a bottle indicating that it was fresh, so I decided don’t take it and ask for a refund because I thought I was buying a fresh juice, and now when I see my bank account they charged me for something I didn't consume. Don’t go to this place!

I absolutely love this location. I come here every single day + order an after glow smoothie and energy bites. All of the staff is so friendly + welcoming. Highly recommend! Favorite spot in East Nash.

The staff was very friendly. Staff explained everything on the menu and helped me order based off what I wanted. Quick service

The lady at the front was not friendly. I got there at 11:03 and ordered a breakfast sandwich. She said they don’t serve breakfast after 11am and she said she didn’t know why it was on the screen still. Then I ordered a wrap that was supposed to have a quinoa salad as a side. I got the wrap but no salad. I told her I don’t think I got my salad. She went to the back and came back out and said “sorry we’re all out of quinoa salad.” Then she just stared at me. I said is there anything else I can substitute? Because I had paid the full amount that’s supposed to have a salad. She said I can give you some fruit. I said what do you have? She told me and I told her what I wanted then she went and cut up the fruit. The whole experience took way longer than it should have. The lady that was helping me was offering zero options and I felt like she couldn’t care less about my experience. Wouldn’t go back.

Great juice and fun atmosphere. A little pricy for juice, unsurprising for the area and trend.

I’ll start off by saying I absolutely love the aci bowls! Yet today when buying one I was chipped out of half of my regular size bowl. Even the employee handing it to me was eyeing the bowl because it wasn’t even half full. I’ve NEVER had an issue with this and I hate to be the rude customer that always feels that because am paying it’s my way. Yet I do feel like I payed way to much to not even get six bites from the bowl.

I went here for the first time and ordered an açaí bowl. The granola tasted like it was contaminated with cleaning products. I let the employees know and they showed no concern and nobody apologized. It was very concerning behavior in response to something so serious. It seemed like the employees were joking and laughing about the matter. I will never come back here again.

Always fresh food, 99% friendly employees. But the chairs in the seating area are filthy and this isn't the first time that they've not had spoons available for a smoothie bowl.
