Always good and decent prices

I am not a "Karen" and don't have excessively high expectations when it comes to customer service. I have worked customer service my whole life and will tell you that I experienced the WORST customer service ever in my 56 years of life. They sat us for a party of 9 but refused to serve us until the entire party arrived. Ended up having to go to the bar for drinks. Service at the table was VERY slow. Once all of our party arrived and they decided to serve us it took FOREVER to get drinks. And a water was forgotten and never brought. Meal was finally brought and was actually pretty good. Server asked if we needed crackers for our crab legs and we replied yes! We ordered crab legs so it seems that should have been provided without question. About 20 minutes into the meal and FINALLY saw our server had to ask for them again! She acted like it was a bother to her and there was no apology. When confronted she got defensive and argumentative. She then disappeared again for quite a while until we had to ASK for our bills. They were, of course, not right and brought by another server because she refused to come to the table. The manager was useless and refused to acknowledge the terrible service. Only responded with "we have the right to refuse service." On top of it they had already added the tip for a large party and wouldn't adjust it. I will never visit this establishment again. The manager AND staff all need lessons in customer service. This was a special occasion for my daughter who left in tears.

To be fair - the food was very good aside from being far too salty. Service was deplorable! ZERO STARS! Our waitress should be fired. Inattentive is an understatement. Never brought “crab crackers” to use for opening crab legs, crab claws and lobster tails even though we answered yes when she asked if we needed them. Could have forgiven the oversight if she had simply checked in to see how we were doing at which time we could have reminded her to bring them - along with the water she forgot to bring for one in our party when serving the initial round of drinks. Instead, we had to keep looking and watching for her and chase her down across the room. She brought them without an apology which prompted us to ask for one. Her reply was, “I brought them, didn’t I?” It’s The Twisted CRAB!! Can you eat crab legs with a plastic fork?? Never once checked our table. Never once asked us if everything was good or did we need anything. Never once asked us if we’d like more drinks. We finally went to the bar to order our own drinks directly and she hurried up to the bar and said she would take our order. Sure, higher bill means higher tip. Waited forever for our bills to come long after we’d finished eating and finally had to go ask her. She was sitting at the bar looking at her phone - all attitude. At long last, a different server came with the checks, which were incorrect, not to mention with each one having a hefty gratuity already tacked on. She said our server refused to handle our table any longer. Had to make a scene to see the manager. Never once an apology from anyone. Successfully alienated not only our party of 9 patrons but all those we will be telling of this experience. I hope the manager thinks it was well worth it. Note to owner - just keep the damn crab crackers on all the tables at all times right next to the napkins. Your diners or going to need them to EAT. Hello!! Have the wait staff take them to be washed and replace with clean ones when they bus the tables. You should pay me for this incredibly LOGICAL idea. Oh, and better make sure your wait staff actually cares about doing a decent job.

Called in an order and was told 15-25 minutes. Arrived 30 minutes later and was told 5 more minutes. After sitting and waiting an additional 30 minutes I was then told the kitchen didn't get my order and would be rushing it. I waited an additional 10 minutes before telling them to cancel my order. Hour and a half i will never get back.

This is our go to place for seafood. The food is always amazing and the spicing is always perfect.
