Food was amazing! I definitely recommend the desserts. They have so much to choose from.

The waitress we had clearly needed had any training in customer service 101. I suffer from a food allergies so I had very explicit directions about how I needed my chicken cooked and what type of dressing I needed . When my salad came it was a messed up. After explaining to her again for the 3rd time that I asked for no dressing and why I asked for that. Then she had to the guts to ask me well is it ok to eat. I also no it's not I need to speak to chef. He was great and very apologized for not knowing he was just going off of what the waitress wrote down He took my salad and made a whole other one. But we had alredy had been there for 45 min . But the time I got my food and hour had gone by. It was horrible experience. My family want dessert but we were afraid it was gonna be another hour. . So we didnt. After reading some recent reviews I can see everyone seems to have this issue with the food taking so long. Back in Jan you had managers walking around asking how things are . There are too many restaurants to choose from both in parks and in city walk . You all better your act together or your gonna loose lots of business. It's sad we came back in January and had such an amazing experience but this one today I definitely won't be back for a good while

You must try the potato tot appetizer! Oh my word, you will wish they had a meal of nothing but those tasty little orbs smothered in bechamel sauce and with pieces of fried pork belly. Also recommend the Croque Mansour and truffle fries. The Bloody Mary didn't disappoint either which came with a nearly footlong beef stick along with a nice skewer of olives. My grandkids enjoyed the birthday cake milkshake and the brownie milkshake. The birthday cake actually comes with a fairly nice slice of cake considering the milkshake is quite a bit to drink by itself. The brownie was a decadent dark chocolate brownie with brownie incorporated in the milkshake. Worth the price and experience. Our services could have been better. I understand they are continuously busy, but she made us feel rushed. Our previous visit was around the same time of evening, also a crowded night, but a totally different server who was very friendly and jovial. Things could have been a lot worse and maybe our server was having an off night. We've all been there. And the fact she deals with 99% tourist many of whom don't speak English well so I'm sure that's a struggle at times in her profession. All in all well worth the experience if you aren't here only a few days you need to experience Toothsome Chocolate Emporium at least once. While you're there check out the chocolate shop! Parking: Parking is free after 6 pm, otherwise it's around $34 and the garage gets very full during peak hours at Universal Studios. Kid-friendliness: They have a fairly good kid's menu.

Outstanding experience. Food is awesome. Service cannot be better, but the ambience and comfortable seating arrangement makes it a great stop after several hours in the theme park grind. The menu has everything including over 20 desert options.

For the price and the location, I expected more. Our waiter brought our menus, took our order, and collected the check. No other pleasantries or check-ins. Food was good, but not great, had the Monte Christo, but was not better than Cheddars at half the price.

Emilly and Mike went Above and beyond for our party. They helped us move our escape room reservation while we were having lunch. TOP notch service from Mike, and getting his manager Emilly involved ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Seevice

Incredibly unique food. Stay away from the milkshakes. They are too sweet! God is good.

Food was great and our server can only be described as "Cousin Greg" awkward but very nice! However we returned for milkshakes the next day Red velvet and Strawberry cheesecake both really good, but our server Ian was impolite, unhelpful and said he couldn’t recommend anything as he didn’t try them, when asked how it was going he replied "it’s going, are you ready to order" like dude if you didn’t want the job why take it? Aside from grumpy Ian a great place to eat with awesome desserts!

The place looks really cool, but the food and staff are sub sub par!
