The Tap

Our server forgot about us, so I had to go to the bar to order our drinks.

My wife, kiddo and puppy were in town visiting. We were looking for outdoor seating because of our dog. When I walked in to check in" I noticed the "seat yourself" message. We sat down outside. 1 or 2 minutes later a waitress walked up and told us they were only 21 and over. We had my 4 year old with us. She was rude. She could have been nice about it. A couple sitting next to us looked as stunned as we were. I get the 21+ but I've run into places where you can walk in with parents, not by yourself. No explanation is needed, she just should have been nice about it.

Craig the manager is the GOAT. He handles things so well and cares about his employees!

Staff is amazing, especially Travis! He has great cider recommendations and a great smile.

The Tap is my absolute favorite spot in town! I love the amazing Tap beer selection and huge rotating guest options. I can always find multiple things that I like! And the food is also amazing. I like to go during lunch when it is less busy (vs night when the students come in). The staff are all always super nice and accommodating. Especially love Jarrod the brew team, Gail (manager), and Jess (bartender). Huge props to this bar for becoming such a staple in this great town.

Went there for lunch specials and wasn't disappointed.
