Nice hole in the wall sandwich shop with a nice friendly atmosphere and good service. I had a brisket breakfast burrito and it is one of the best burritos I’ve ever had.

This place is the local's favorite for good reason. Meats are expertly smoked, and their sandwich and other dishes are prepared perfectly. My personal favorite is their tri-tip sandwich "cheese-steak style" - like a little bit of heaven on bread! If you're visiting Oxnard, this is a must visit restaurant!
