Best aged steaks in the IE!All around delicious experience! Kid-friendliness: Not for children.

Manager Craig and his team took advantage of our elderly guests. A steak was ordered and never served but was still billed. Upon mentioning it after dinner, Craig made it clear it was our fault for not asking about it and maintained we had to pay for the steak. This attitude was consistent with the slow service, the dried out amuse-bouche, the overcooked lobster that was impossible to take out from the shell and the food quality that was overall bland and below par. This steakhouse used to be gold standard in the Greater Palm Springs. Thanks to Craig, the casino just lost long-time customers who felt ripped off. Dietary restrictions: BEWARE. One guest was celiac. It was mentioned upon the reservation, repeated to the hostess and the server, and yet, they served that guest bread and food items that contained gluten - making her sick.

It's a casino experience, taken to a great level! The sea food is delicious, and very fresh. I wanted to try a bit of different offerings and found a generous amount of lobster in the bisque. So many of the featured Oysters on half shell, and super tasty crab cakes, with the perfect combination of moist and crisp. The service was excellent.

Excellent food, service, and atmosphere. The filet mignon was delicious and the dessert menu is amazing.
